"I can't say enough good things about my experience. I am from out of town and was in Dubuque for a work trip with my 10 week old puppy. He ended up getting sick while we were in town and needed veterinary care. After being turned away from the closest ER clinics and not being able to get an appointment with a vet in town, I contacted Colonial Terrace. I left a message and was called back immediately the next day. The lady on the phone was SO nice and got Waylon an appointment that same day. Dr. McCleary and her veterinary nurse (I believe her name was Sarah) were so patient and sweet to Waylon. He was given the best treatment and everything was explained to me very well. Waylon is feeling much better and we are so thankful for all of the staff at Colonial Terrace. I don't have enough good words. Thank you for helping my baby!"
