"The staff at Colonial Terrace are open to hearing our concerns regarding our reason for having Stella seen. The doctors treat Stella like one of their own family members and explain, in easy to understand terminology, what Stella is dealing with and their recommendations for treatment. They understand that my husband is, at times, overly anxious about any issues she has and are willing to take the time to call me and repeat the information shared at the visit with me so my husband and I can make an informed decision about any treatment needs. I especially appreciate that the doctors will frame treatment options in terms of"if Stella were my pet, I would..."as this is helpful in determining the best course of action. We are grateful for the care Stella receives from Colonial Terrace Animal Hospital."
